Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for digital products within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team within the eligible timeframe. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Subscription services after the first billing cycle
- Gift cards and promotional credits
- Products purchased more than 24 hours ago
Subscription Cancellations
Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of technical issues, product defects, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy. Each case will be reviewed individually by our support team.
